2+ years of outbound sales, account management, business development, or high-volume inside sales experience, preferably in industrial, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or related B2B environmen
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships over the phone
Strong listener with natural curiosity and the ability to ask good questions that uncover real opportunities
Disciplined follow-up habits and the ability to manage many open conversations at once
Comfortable learning technical product lines and translating customer needs into the right next ste
Proficient with CRM and ERP systems (Business Central, ServiceTrade, Salesforce, or similar)
